We have carefully designed and furnished Villa Varo to offer you a relaxing and comfortable stay. By following these simple guidelines, we can ensure that everyone can fully enjoy the villa and its surroundings.

Guest Registration

As a registered holiday accommodation, we are legally required to register all guests, including children, before arrival.

We therefore ask you to complete our online check-in form before your arrival and provide the required personal details for all guests. This information will only be used for the mandatory guest registration.

Check-in
3 pm - 7 pm

Check-in is personally handled by our keyholder. They will welcome you, show you around the villa, and answer any questions you may have.

Check-out
before 10 am

We understand that travel times can vary.
Differencheck-out times may be possible
upon request, depending on availability and the cleaning schedule.

Smoke-Free Villa

To keep the villa fresh and comfortable for all our guests, smoking indoors is not permitted, nor is the use of candles.

Smoking outside is permitted only at the front of the villa, in the designated seating area. We kindly ask you to leave the terrace tidy and to take good care of the outdoor furniture.

Pets

Pets are not permitted. A small dog may be allowed upon request and with prior approval only.

Swimming Pool

The private swimming pool is exclusively for guests staying at Villa Varo. Use of the swimming pool is at your own risk.

We kindly ask parents and guardians to be especially attentive when children are using the pool.

No Parties or Additional Guests

Villa Varo is intended to be a peaceful and comfortable place to stay. Therefore, parties and large gatherings are not permitted.

Only guests included in the reservation are permitted to stay at the villa, unless otherwise agreed with us in advance.

Peace & Respect for the neighbours

Villa Varo is located in a quiet residential area where many people live permanently. We kindly ask all guests to be considerate of our neighbours and to avoid causing any noise disturbance. Loud music, shouting, yelling or other disruptive noise is not permitted if it causes a nuisance to nearby residents. We ask for extra consideration during the evening and at night. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. During these hours, please keep noise outside and around the villa to an absolute minimum.
