Non-Smoking Villa

To keep the villa fresh and comfortable for all guests, smoking indoors and the use of candles are not permitted.
Smoking is allowed outside, but only at the front of the villa near the seating area.

We kindly ask you to leave the terrace tidy and handle the outdoor furniture with care.

No Parties or Additional Guests

Our villa is designed as a peaceful and comfortable place to stay. Therefore, parties and large gatherings are not allowed.

Only guests included in the booking are permitted to stay in the villa, unless agreed otherwise in advance.

Swimming Pool Use

The swimming pool is private and can be used freely, but always at your own risk. Extra caution is advised when children are present.

Waste & Insects

We kindly ask you to leave the villa neat and tidy upon departure. At the end of the street, you will find waste containers which can be used free of charge.

To prevent insects and fruit flies, we recommend not leaving food or fruit uncovered outside the refrigerator.
Please do not kill insects on the walls, as this may cause stains. The villa is equipped with insect spray and an electric fly swatter that you may use.

Quiet Hours

To ensure a relaxing stay for everyone, we kindly ask you to respect the surroundings and our neighbors.
Please keep noise to a minimum between 23:00 and 07:00.

Care for the Villa

We do everything we can to present the villa in perfect condition, so every guest can fully enjoy their stay. We kindly ask you to treat the property, interior, and all facilities with care.

If anything is accidentally damaged, please inform us as soon as possible so we can resolve it quickly and maintain the quality of the villa.

Air Conditioning & Energy Use

We kindly ask you to be mindful of energy consumption. An average usage of 45 kWh per day is included in the price.
Any excessive additional usage will be charged at €0.35 per kWh, which will be deducted from the security deposit.

Tips:

• Keep windows and doors closed when using the air conditioning
• Use the shutters, as they help keep the heat out
• Turn off the air conditioning/heating when leaving the villa

Outdoor Kitchen & Outdoor Area

In case of bad weather, we kindly ask you to close the shutter of the outdoor kitchen and store the cushions of the outdoor furniture to prevent damage and dirt.

Private Storage & Keys

Some cabinets are private, locked, and must not be opened.

It can happen that you accidentally lock yourself out or lose your keys — we understand this is inconvenient. Our keyholder has a spare key if assistance is required but may be charged extra.

Please take good care of the keys.
