Our rates vary depending on season and availability.

All prices shown in the calendar are inclusive of final cleaning (€185 mandatory) — so no hidden costs!

To keep everything transparent:
- ⏰ Late check-in (after 19:00): €25 (payable on-site to the keyholder)
⚡ Electricity:
- 45 kWh per day included
- Additional usage: €0.35 per kWh (deducted from the deposit)
⏱️ Late arrival without prior notice:
- First 30 minutes: €25
- After that: €7.50 per 15 minutes

Payment, Cancellation & Security Deposit Policy
To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 25% of the total booking amount is required. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 21 days prior to arrival.

- Payments can be made securely through our online payment system, including credit card and bank transfer
Your reservation is officially confirmed once the deposit payment has been received.
Cancellation Policy
- The 25% deposit is non-refundable
- In case of cancellation within 21 days prior to arrival, the full booking amount remains payable
- We strongly recommend purchasing travel and cancellation insurance
Security Deposit
A security deposit of €500 is required for every stay.
- The security deposit will be processed via a pre-authorisation on your payment card (no direct charge will be made)
- The pre-authorisation will be placed 1 day prior to arrival
- The deposit will be released within 5 days after departure, provided the villa has been left in good condition
If you choose a payment method other than credit card, you will receive a separate payment link for the security deposit after the deposit payment has been completed. The security deposit will be fully refunded after inspection of the villa, provided everything is in order.
The prices below are indicative and based on average weekly rates per month.

The stated nightly rates exclude the final cleaning fee (€185 per stay).
The minimum price is based on a weekday night (Monday), and the maximum price is based on a Saturday.

Rates depend on season, availability, and demand, and may be adjusted throughout the year. During school holidays, public holidays, and peak periods, prices may differ from the indicated ranges.
We use a combined calendar based on Dutch and Belgian school holidays. As a result, holiday periods and rates may differ from the official schedules per region.
