At Villa Varo, we believe in clarity and transparency. That is why you will always see the current price of your stay during the booking process, including all mandatory charges. This way, you know exactly what to expect before your arrival.

The rental price depends on the season, length of stay, number of guests and availability. Simply select your preferred arrival and departure dates in the calendar to view the current price.

Seasonal Rates (from September 2026)

Low Season – from €125 per night*
January, February, November and December

Mid Season – from €185 per night*
March, April, September and October

High Season – from €275 per night*

*The listed starting rates are based on a weekday stay.

Service Charges

Final Cleaning – €195 per stay

After every stay, Villa Varo is professionally cleaned and carefully inspected. The outdoor areas are also prepared with care, ensuring every guest arrives at a fresh, spotless, and perfectly prepared villa.

Linen Service – €15 per person

Our comprehensive linen service ensures you can start your holiday feeling relaxed from the moment you arrive. Your beds will be freshly made, and everything will be ready for your stay.

The linen service includes:

• Freshly made beds upon arrival
• Bed linen
• Two bath towels per person
• One beach towel per person

Travelling with a baby?

We've also thought of our youngest guests. For babies, the standard fee of €15 per stay also applies. This includes:

• A baby cot with bed linen
• Two baby towels
• High chair
• Children's tableware
• Changing mat

During your stay, you can enjoy:

Important Information

The final rental price depends on the season, length of stay and availability. Rates may be adjusted throughout the year.

We use a combined holiday calendar based on both Dutch and Belgian school holidays. As a result, holiday periods and rates may differ from official school holiday dates in individual regions.

Payment schedule

To confirm your reservation:

• ✅ 25% at the time of booking
• ✅ Remaining 75% at least 21 days before arrival

Payment & Cancellation Policy

Payment Terms

• 25% deposit required at the time of booking
• 75% remaining balance due no later than 21 days before arrival
• If you book within 21 days of arrival, full payment is required immediately at the time of booking

Payments can be made securely through our online payment platform, including options such as credit card and bank transfer.

Your reservation is confirmed once we have received the deposit.

Cancellation Policy

• The 25% deposit is non-refundable
• If you cancel within 21 days before arrival, the full booking amount remains payable
• We strongly recommend that all guests purchase suitable travel and cancellation insurance

Security Deposit

A €500 security deposit is required for every stay.

The security deposit is processed through a pre-authorisation on your payment card (no amount is directly charged).

• The pre-authorisation will be carried out 1 day before arrival
• The security deposit will be released within 5 days after departure, provided the villa has been left in good condition and no damages or additional charges apply

If you use a payment method other than credit card, you will receive a separate payment link for the security deposit after the deposit payment has been completed. The security deposit will be fully refunded after inspection of the villa, provided everything is in order.

Additional Charges (if applicable)

To ensure full transparency, the following additional charges may apply. These costs will be deducted from the security deposit where applicable.

⏰ Late check-in (after 19:00) €25

🔑 Lost or unreturned keys €50

⚡ Electricity

• Up to 45 kWh per day included
• Additional consumption: €0.35 per kWh

⏱️ Late arrival without prior notice

• First 30 minutes: €25
• Afterwards: €7.50 per additional 15 minutes

Please inform us of your expected arrival time and any changes as soon as possible (at least 30 minutes before your agreed arrival time) using the phone number provided after booking. This helps us prepare your arrival and avoid unnecessary additional charges.
