• From €109 per night (low season)
• Up to €389 per night (high season)

All prices shown in the calendar are inclusive of final cleaning (€185 mandatory) — no hidden costs.

Additional costs
(if applicable)

To keep everything transparent:

• ⏰ Late check-in (after 19:00): €25 (payable on-site to the keyholder)

⚡ Electricity:

• 45 kWh per day included
• Additional usage: €0.35 per kWh (deducted from the deposit)

⏱️ Late arrival without prior notice:

• First 30 minutes: €25
• After that: €7.50 per 15 minutes

Please inform us of your arrival time in advance to avoid extra charges.

Payment schedule

To confirm your reservation:

• ✅ 50% at the time of booking
• ✅ Remaining 50% at least 14 days before arrival

Cancellation policy

We understand plans can change:

• ✔️ 100% refund for cancellations ≥30 days before arrival
• ✔️ 50% refund for cancellations ≥14 days before arrival
• ❌ No refund for later cancellations

Security deposit

For each stay, we require a €500 deposit:

• Via pre-authorization (no direct charge)
• 1 day before arrival
• Released within 5 days after departure (subject to inspection)
